All orders are shipped according to the information supplied by the customer. If a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting improper shipping information, we will reship the package with corrected address at the customer's expense. If 3 delivery attempts have been made to deliver the package by the shipping company, and it is returned to Dali Decals, the package will be resent at the customer's expense. If customer wishes to cancel the order after it has been shipped, all return policies will apply. We ship all of our products via USPS and UPS. Customers may opt for specialized shipping at an additional cost and handling fee at our discretion. Shipping providers may change without notice. Please Note: We do not ship to forwarding or courier companies, or other facilities that offer package forwarding services. International tariffs, taxes, and or brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility. International orders may take up to six weeks to be delivered. International packages shipped via USPS First-Class International or USPS Priority International are not insured, and do not come with tracking information, as USPS does not offer this service. Returns and exchanges are only valid within the Continental U.S. Returns and exchanges can only be authorized within 30 days of original purchase date. Refunds can only be issued for returned items that are received in the original, unused condition. All returns and exchanges must be authorized by a representative and must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). RMA #s will only be granted to the original purchaser. Orders returned without an RMA # will be charged a Research and Restocking fee of 40%. RMA #s are valid for thirty (30) business days from the date of authorization, and the product must be sent back to uss within that time frame. Only one RMA # will be issued per item, and items that have been exchanged cannot be returned. Decals that are folded up or cut apart when sent back will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned orders received within 7 business days of RMA # issue date. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned orders received within 8-30 business days of RMA # issue date. Orders received after 30 business days of RMA # issue date will not be processed. Customers who return items that originally qualified for free shipping will receive a credit minus the above-outlined restocking fee and minus the initial cost of shipping for that item. All return shipping must be paid for by the customer. If a replacement/exchange is authorized, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement decal. All returns and exchanges must be shipped back using a trackable and insured shipping method such as UPS or FedEx We discourages sending items back via USPS (Post Office), as we cannot guarantee their delivery. If returned items are sent to us via USPS, and are not received,We cannot be held responsible and the return will not be processed. Not applicable to custom orders, personalized items, color samples or test decal sample packs, including but not limited to custom sizes, custom colors, custom text, names, logos, monograms, and signs. Decals that do not adhere to textured walls and unfit surfaces (including but not limited to surfaces containing moisture, texture, sand or grit) are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We offers test decals as well as color samples for our customers' convenience to make sure surfaces are okay for application. Decals damaged during installation cannot be returned. A replacement decal may be ordered at a discount at the discretion. If a package is returned to us after 3 delivery attempts were made by UPS and the customer requests to cancel the order, a 25% cancellation/restocking fee will apply. If a package is refused by the customer and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for all freight and/or shipping costs incurred. Any package that is returned to us by way of the customer refusing it, provided it is not a custom order, will incur all above fees and will be treated as a return without an RMA #. Again, custom orders do not qualify for returns or exchanges. If a custom item is refused, a credit will NOT be processed. If an item is missing a piece, the piece missing may be replaced at the discretion of us. No exceptions will be made to these policies. Cancellation Policy Standard orders may be canceled within 24 hours of the original order time. Rush Processing orders and orders placed with expedited shipping cannot be canceled. Cancellations requested after 24 hours of the original order time may be authorized at the discretion of us and a 15% cancellation fee will be assessed, no exceptions. Custom orders or personalized items, including but not limited to custom sizes, custom colors, custom text, names, logos, monograms, and signs cannot be canceled, no exceptions. All cancellations must be authorized by a representative. No exceptions will be made to these policies.
